We encourage children and parents to subscribe to school meals so that children can share a nutritious meal with their classmates and friends. A weekly menu is displayed in the halls.

At St Peter-in-Chains and St Gildas’ we pride ourselves on our attendance record. We understand the importance of being in school every day and arriving on time. We believe that regular attendance at school is key to enabling pupils to progress and enjoy learning and ultimately ensures our children have the maximum life chances.

A school uniform enables children to identify with their school, gives a sense of belonging, is practical and smart, and reduces expenditure for parents/carers.

Throughout the school year The Friends' of St Peter's and St Gildas organise activities that are fun, stimulating and educational for the children of both schools. Our main purpose is to raise funds to support the school, as well as promoting opportunities for parents, carers and children to come together.
