Our Adorable Ducklings

Chestnut Class were delighted to meet Farmer Ted on Tuesday, as he came in to our classroom to give us our 5 duck eggs. He told us how to look after the eggs and the ducklings once they hatch and we asked him lots of questions. We really enjoyed watching our eggs, as cracks appeared on them and finally, we welcomed some fluffy, yellow ducklings. We can’t wait to watch them grow, look after them, hold them and maybe even watch them have their first swim next week!
