Our First Class Assembly

Chestnut Class performed their very first assembly today. We all had important jobs to do and were absolutely amazing! Our assembly was all about Plants and we started it by telling our audience about what we have been growing in class. We then acted out the story of ‘The enormous carrot’, read out some riddles and facts about plants, sung a song and ended with a special prayer. In the afternoon, we enjoyed some ice lollies as a treat for all our hard work. Well done everyone for your fantastic effort, you are all superstars!
