Our Lenten Assembly

Chestnut Class were amazing in their second class assembly today. Our assembly was all about Lent, and how we will try to be more like Jesus during this time. We started our assembly by telling our audience some facts about Shrove Tuesday, Ash Wednesday and Lent. We modelled examples of how we will try to be more like Jesus, and acted out the story of Little Rabbit Foo Foo, to highlight the importance of making right choices. We then shared some of our Lent promises and finished our assembly with a response prayer. Well done Chestnut Class!
