Poppy Word Art

In 6M we have been learning about Remembrance Day and linking it to our English, where we are writing about stories with a flashback based on the short animation called The Piano.

We have been learning about the significance of the poppy and why it was chosen to commemorate Remembrance Day. We generated some word art at wordart.com to create a background which we used to contrast the poppies that we created.
