Year 6’s ‘Here We Are’ Poetry Display

As part of our work on our whole school text, ‘Here We Are; Notes For Living on Planet Earth’ by Oliver Jeffers, Year 6 have created personal ‘Here We Are’ poems inspired by a favourite place.  We discussed poetic form and devices and incorporated figurative language into our personal verses.
